Here are a selection of pictures from Ostara, a production celebrating the history and characters around the area of Far Gosford Street in Coventry. Written by Tanisjah Matthews and involving a host of local people, the results were fantastic. From a small crowd in Charterhouse fields to hundreds at Gosford Green, people braved the rain and came out onto the streets.
Many joined the procession as it weaved through Terry Road and Gulson Road, with Ostara growing ever bigger as more performers added to the event. As a spectator, I was in awe of the whole performance - it made me proud of the good things Coventry can achieve.
